The 2025 Fall Forum is officially underway—and what a start it was. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Vancouver, BC, Day One brought together CCIMs from around the world for a powerful kickoff filled with exploration, education, and connection. From touring the city’s most dynamic developments to diving into hands-on training with Site To Do Business, attendees wasted no time immersing themselves in the learning and collaboration that define the CCIM experience.

The first half of my term as Global President flew by faster than I imagined. I anticipated a full travel schedule—and I welcomed it. Traveling and connecting with commercial real estate professionals across the globe has been both energizing and inspiring, and I am happy to share what we’ve accomplished in our first quarter:  

Last February, the Texas REALTORS^© celebrated their members and local associations during their Winter Meeting in Austin. The event included awards given to outstanding individuals, highlighting their dedication and demonstration of excellence in the real estate industry.
