Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a CCIM Designee in good standing 

  • Must be a current commercial real estate practitioner 

  • Possess strong presentation skills 

  • Proficient in technological tools 

  • Commit to ongoing training and professional development 

Applicants are expected to provide: 

  1. Explanation of any previous teaching experience 

  2. Preferred core course and format 

  3. Details about your career and your specialties 

 

Instructor Selection Process

Note: Although The CCIM Institute is not currently recruiting for Designation course instructors, you are welcome to complete an application. Your application will remain on file until the next recruiting campaign begins in the fourth quarter of 2024.
