Day One Recap: Fall Forum 2026

WELCOME TO LOS ANGELES! 

The 2026 Fall Forum is officially underway! 

CCIMs from across the country and around the globe have arrived in Los Angeles, and Day One set the tone for what’s ahead: new connections, unforgettable experiences and plenty of opportunities to make the most of the CCIM Network. 

From candidates preparing one of the biggest milestones in their CCIM journey to attendees exploring Southern California and reconnecting over cocktails, we wasted no time getting started. 

One Step Closer to The Pin 

For our candidates, the Fall Forum began with focus. 

The Core Concepts Review (CCR) gave candidates the opportunity to validate their knowledge and prepare for The Comprehensive Exam. It’s an important final stretch on the Path to The Pin, and we’re excited to cheer them on as they get closer to earning The Designation. Good luck, candidates! 

CCIM Takes on L.A. 

What better way to kick off Fall Forum than by getting out and experiencing Southern California? Attendees had two very different ways to explore the area during our first round of Los Angeles City Tours. 

The Malibu 4x4 Wine Experience took CCIMs off the beaten path and into the rolling hills of Malibu. Open-air vehicles, vineyard views, mountain landscapes, the Pacific coastline and, of course, wine made for an afternoon worth remembering.

The Ultimate Coastal Tour brought attendees straight into the energy of Los Angeles' iconic beach communities. From the Santa Monica Pier and sweeping Pacific views to Venice Beach, Muscle Beach and the legendary Boardwalk, attendees got a taste of the culture that makes Southern California one of a kind.

And the best part? There’s more L.A. still to come.

Day One ended where every great Forum should begin: together. 

The Welcome Reception brought the CCIM community together for an evening of cocktails, light bites, and conversation. Old connections were rekindled; new introductions were made, and the energy for the week ahead could already be felt throughout the room. Timmy Barron returned as our Forum Host, bringing his incomparable energy to the InterContinental Hotel’s Pool Deck, setting the tone for an exciting energy for the week ahead. At Fall Forum, you never know which conversation could lead to your next relationship, idea or deal.
