The on-ramp to the commercial real estate and the front door to The CCIM Designation.
Foundations in Commercial Real Estate is the entry-level course designed for people deciding whether commercial real estate fits the way they work. Students learn the basic math, decision-making framework, and take home a working set of Excel workbooks (the APOD statement, Cash Flow Analysis Worksheet, and Alternative Cash Sales Worksheet) that you'll use long after the course ends.
