Celebrating 2027 CCIM Global President Andie Edmonds, CCIM 

A new president. A historic milestone. An exciting year ahead for The CCIM Institute! 

The 2026 CCIM Fall Forum brought the CCIM community together in Los Angeles for an unforgettable occasion: the official inauguration of Andie Edmonds, CCIM, as the 2027 Global President of The CCIM Institute!

Set against the glamour of Los Angeles, the 2027 Global Presidential Inaugural Gala celebrated more than the beginning of a new presidency. It honored the leadership, relationships and shared commitment to excellence that continue to strengthen the CCIM Network around the world. 

Celebrating Leadership. Making History. Looking to the Future. 

As Andie Edmonds steps into her role as Global President, she does so at a defining moment in the Institute's history. 

As the fifth woman to serve as Global President, Edmonds will lead The CCIM Institute through its 60th anniversary in 2027, marking six decades of advancing commercial real estate education, professional excellence and global connections. 

This historic milestone presents an opportunity to celebrate the Institute's legacy while building momentum for its future.

With a global network of commercial real estate professionals behind her, Edmonds begins a new chapter focused on strengthening member connections, elevating the value of the CCIM Designation and creating new opportunities for collaboration and growth. 

As the Institute enters its seventh decade, her leadership will help carry forward the commitment to excellence that has defined the CCIM community for 60 years. 

A Hollywood-Inspired Celebration Worthy of the Occasion 

A historic milestone deserves an extraordinary celebration! The Hollywood-inspired Inaugural Gala brought together CCIM members, past presidents, volunteer leaders, family members and industry colleagues for an evening filled with recognition, entertainment and connection.

Guests enjoyed a performance by acclaimed comedian and America's Got Talent finalist Drew Lynch, followed by live music and dancing with the eight-piece powerhouse band N'Demand. The evening captured the energy, camaraderie and lasting relationships that make the CCIM community so special.

Beyond the celebration, the evening also supported The CCIM Institute Foundation, helping invest in educational opportunities and the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. 

It was a night that honored the Institute's past, celebrated its present and set the stage for an exciting future.
