Day Five Recap: Spring Forum 2026
DAY 5 – Getting Down to Business!
Governance & Leadership
As members returned home and new Designees began the next chapter of their careers with The Pin, The CCIM Institute’s leadership and volunteers remained hard at work. The Spring Forum also serves as a critical time for governance, where committees meet, initiatives are discussed, and decisions are made to strengthen the organization and support members and chapters moving forward.
During the 2026 Spring Forum, Carleen Barth, CCIM, was elected 2027 Treasurer-Elect for The CCIM Institute. A seasoned broker, investor, and educator, Barth brings decades of experience across investment, development, and brokerage, along with a strong record of leadership at both the chapter and Institute levels. Her commitment to financial stewardship, education, and advancing the next generation of CRE professionals will help guide The CCIM Institute into the future.
