At The CCIM Institute's 2026 Fall Forum in Los Angeles, commercial real estate professionals came together to explore how technology is transforming the way they analyze markets, evaluate properties, advise clients, and identify new opportunities.
If you’ve ever felt like commercial real estate research takes longer than it should, you’re not alone. Between chasing down data, jumping between platforms, and second-guessing whether information is current, even experienced professionals lose valuable time before they ever get to the real opportunity. In a recent CCIM + Site To Do Business (STDB) partner webinar, Eric Pollard of ParGo AI demonstrated how brokers, investors, and advisors are using AI-powered geospatial intelligence to move from research to opportunity in minutes.
A CCIM Designation represents the highest standard of expertise in commercial real estate, grounded in financial analysis, market knowledge, and ethical decision-making. But in today’s data-driven CRE environment, expertise alone is not enough. The most successful CCIMs pair their knowledge with advanced technology that allows them to move faster, dive deeper, and deliver insights clients can trust. That is where Site To Do Business (STDB) becomes a powerful extension of CCIM membership.
Introduced by CCIM instructor and investor Mark Cypert, CCIM, the dashboard transforms the Commercial Real Estate Performance Index's (CREPI) long-standing economic intelligence into actionable forecasts brokers and investors can use today.
In commercial real estate, access to accurate data and timely insights defines success. For users of Site To Do Business (STDB), those insights transform data into stories that reveal market potential, uncover patterns, and support confident decision-making. Continuing its tradition of innovation, STDB has introduced two significant technology upgrades that raise the bar for commercial real estate analytics:
This September, The CCIM Institute co-presented the C5 + CCIM Global Summit, the premier commercial real estate conference bringing together leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the industry. Now in its fifth year, the summit has become a cornerstone event for networking, dealmaking, and sharing insights that are actively shaping the future of commercial real estate.
