Taught by established commercial real estate practitioners who emphasize practical application, the Designation curriculum courses are the foundation of the CCIM program. Upon completion you will have a core knowledge base relevant across the entire commercial real estate industry, regardless of specialization.

* Effective January 1, 2019, the CCIM Institute Designation cannot be earned solely through self-paced courses. A candidate must take at least one of the following as an instructor-led course: CI102: Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; CI103: User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; or CI104: Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Choose from any of these instructor-led course formats: Classroom, Blended, Virtual, or Online Instructor Led.

Blended (Online + Classroom)
The first four weeks are comprised of self-paced interactive online activities, videos, scheduled virtual classroom sessions, guided research assignments, and assessments. The final day-and-a-half is spent on site working with classmates through a capstone case study.
Combine the personal attention of an instructor with the flexibility of online learning. Courses have two virtual sessions per week and defined start and end dates. All materials are provided online.
Independently complete the course in one sitting or spread it out over several weeks. All materials are provided online.
