- Apply Tapestry Segmentation to identify the customer for any property type, in any neighborhood, anywhere in the United States.
- Project demand three, five, and ten years out — and find markets where today's supply doesn't match tomorrow's customer.
- Defend a market call to a client, an investor, a credit committee, or a board — with data, not opinion.

CI 102 is the market analysis course that teaches commercial real estate professionals to underwrite the city before they underwrite the property. Students work through four property-type case studies (office, industrial, multifamily, retail) using the Strategic Analysis Model and live, hands-on training on Intellisite, CCIM's commercial real estate data platform.
