The CCIM Institute Partners with Jamaica

CHICAGO, IL – April 30, 2026 — The CCIM Institute, the global standard in commercial real estate education, and the Real Estate Training Institute, has announced a landmark strategic partnership to deliver CCIM Designation courses and professional development programs in Jamaica. 

This partnership represents a significant milestone as the first CCIM Institute collaboration directly aligned with a national government in the Caribbean. Working alongside the Real Estate Board, The Real Estate Training Institute will serve as the exclusive delivery partner for CCIM education in Jamaica, creating new pathways for commercial real estate professionals to earn internationally recognized credentials and apply proven analytical frameworks in one of the Caribbean’s most dynamic markets.
