Leah Braxton, CCIM, of Braxton Real Estate, LLC, was successful in closing an impressive $9.2 million transaction, representing the seller in the sale of a 132,000-sqft industrial property in La Grange, Ga.
Bob Fredrickson, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth, delivered a standout result for his client by representing the seller in a $10.7 million transaction of a five-acre industrial site including 18,360-sqft buildings in Auburn, Wash.
MULTIFAMILY
Devin Lee, CCIM, of Northcap Commercial LLC, achieved a major multifamily closing, representing the seller in a $17.75 million transaction of Woodridge Villas, a 164-unit property in Las Vegas, Nev.
OFFICE
Stuart Duffin, CCIM, of NAI Southcoast, played a key role in a high-impact dual representation, successfully bringing both sides together in a $6.3 million transaction of a 33,000-sqft property in Stuart, Fla.
Thomas Hernandez, CCIM, of Ciminelli Real Estate Services, secured a strong outcome for his client by representing the Lessor in a $4.8 million transaction of the University Business Center II, a 48,090-sqft property in Tampa, Fla.
T.C. Macker, CCIM, of WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company, completed a noteworthy West Coast deal by representing Mokum Investments, LLC, in a $3 million transaction of a 2,666-sqft property in Los Angeles, Calif.
Landon Williams, SIOR, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors, closed a significant office transaction, representing the seller in a $12.5 million transaction of Sheridan Square, a 90,723-sqft property in Kingsport, Tenn.
RETAIL
Greg Bedell, CCIM, of Progressive Real Estate Partners, successfully guided a major retail sale, representing the seller in a $7 million transaction of Tower Plaza Commercial Center, a 39,422-sqft property in Yucaipa, Ca.
Ron E. Cruz, CCIM, of The Econic Company, achieved a strong leasing transaction, representing the Lessor in an $8.4 million transaction of McCarthy Ranch, a 43,485-sqft property in Milpitas, Ca.
Steve Haddadin, CCIM, of King Real Estate Group, was instrumental in closing a valuable retail acquisition, representing the buyer in a $4.25 million transaction of Arco AMPM Menlo, a .91-acre property in Hemet, Ca.
Robin Santiago, CCIM, SIOR, of SVN | Capital West Partners, finalized an excellent retail outcome, representing the seller in a $4.36 million transaction of an 8,428-sqft property in Los Altos, Ca.
