Benefits of Prepaying
- Save money: Prepaid programs cost less than paying for courses individually
- Lock in tuition rates: Tuition rates are subject to change, but once you prepay, you are locked in at the current rate for up to 2 years
- Free Core Concepts Review, a savings of $810. Registration and payment for the Comprehensive Exam is required to receive the Course Concepts Review course registration
To qualify for the Prepaid Tuition Program, you must be a candidate member.

There are two options to choose from:
- Four Designation courses (CI101 - CI104) and Negotiations Training
- Three Designation courses (CI102 - CI104) and Negotiations Training (must be purchased within 12 months of completing CI101)
*Prepaid programs must be used within 24 months from the date of purchase. The CCIM Institute candidate membership is required to purchase a prepaid program and must be maintained for the 24 months of the program.
