NEWLY ADDED, Vancouver Industrial Property Tour: Don’t miss the Vancouver Industrial Property Tour on October 7, 2025. The tour leaves the JW Marriott Parq promptly at 1:30 p.m., returning by 4:00 p.m. Participants will tour the following industrial properties:

This 3-hour interactive training session offers attendees a deeper understanding of how to effectively leverage Site To Do Business (STDB) tools alongside emerging AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making in commercial real estate.The course will be customized based on attendee input, with a pre-session poll distributed one month in advance to identify specific areas of interest. Content will include case studies across various commercial real estate sectors, including examples relevant to the Canadian market.
Participants will explore key applications of STDB, gain practical experience with AI-driven workflows, and learn how to apply location intelligence to tasks such as site selection, market analysis, and client reporting.
