Our 2025 Fall Forum was a monumental success, with five unforgettable days filled with energy, connection, and inspiration. From big-picture insights and groundbreaking sessions to powerful networking moments and milestone celebrations, CCIMs came together to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of commercial real estate.  We are excited to carry this momentum to our Spring Forum in Philadelphia, April 19-23, 2026.

  • Day 1: Fall Forum 2025 opened in Vancouver with energy and connection. Attendees explored city developments, learned hands-on STDB tools, and heard innovative JWL presentations. The day ended with a rooftop welcome reception, setting the stage for a week of education, collaboration, and leadership growth. 
     
  • Day 2: Our second day started with big updates with economic outlooks, governance, and education. Highlights included panels on CRE policy and retail, Deal Pitch Lunch, Town Hall, The CCIM Institute Foundation donor reception, and the Dealmakers Awards—celebrating excellence, innovation, and connection.  
     
  • Day 3: Michael Litt delivered a global outlook on demographics and economics, followed by panels on tech, GeoAI, and cybersecurity. Attendees gained global perspectives at the AREAA Fireside Chat and Global Lunch, explored Vancouver by land and sea, and capped the night with our 2026 Global President's Inauguration- celebrating leadership. 
     
  • Day 4 & 5: Our Forum ended strong with electing and celebrating new leadership, as well as welcoming our latest Designees with a Pinning Ceremony. Our week closed with pride, connection, and momentum heading into the 2026 Spring Forum in Philadelphia.

  • SOLD OUT - 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: How to Maximize the Value of STDB with Mark Cypert, CCIM and Michael Hironimus, CCIM
    This 3-hour interactive training session offers attendees a deeper understanding of how to effectively leverage Site To Do Business (STDB) tools alongside emerging AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making in commercial real estate.

    The course will be customized based on attendee input, with a pre-session poll distributed one month in advance to identify specific areas of interest. Content will include case studies across various commercial real estate sectors, including examples relevant to the Canadian market.

    Participants will explore key applications of STDB, gain practical experience with AI-driven workflows, and learn how to apply location intelligence to tasks such as site selection, market analysis, and client reporting. This course is designed for professionals across all areas of commercial real estate want to enhance their analytical capabilities and integrate technology into their daily practice.
