Join us in Philadelphia at the iconic Loews Philadelphia Hotel, an architectural landmark in the heart of the city. We’re back with a week full of Panels, Speakers, Courses, TechTalks, Tours, staying up to date with our Governance Meetings, and welcoming the next round of New Designees! 

Originally opened in the early 1930s as the headquarters of the Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (PSFS), the building holds a unique place in American history as the first savings bank in the United States. 

Designed by pioneering architects George Howe and William Lescaze, the PSFS Building revolutionized the urban skyline with its bold modernist design and state-of-the-art amenities. Constructed at an estimated cost of $8 million, it quickly became a symbol of innovation and progress. In 1969, the Philadelphia chapter of the American Institute of Architects recognized it as the city’s most important building of the previous century, and it was later added to the National Register of Historic Places. 

Today, the Loews Philadelphia Hotel seamlessly blends its rich architectural heritage with contemporary comfort and world-class hospitality, making it an exceptional setting for the 2026 CCIM Spring Forum.

Grab a bite (or a several) at Reading Terminal Market, wander through Dilworth Park by City Hall, and hit LOVE Park for the classic Philadelphia photo moment. Rittenhouse Square is perfect for a quick reset before the next panel or networking event. And for the history lovers, Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are close enough to turn free time into a must-see Philly moment.
   
• ADRIANNNNNNN! Join us for the Philly-exclusive ROCKY RUN, where you can follow in Stallone’s footsteps (running optional) and gather afterwards for a Balboa Breakfast and Mimosa/Bloody Mary bar! 
   
• Our Forums are THE PLACE TO DEAL: Our Dealmaking & Networking Lounge is the optimal place to connect and deal with other attendees. Submitted deals will be displayed on the lounge Deal Wall, andour Mobile App will see the return of our Networking & Matchmaking tool. We’ll also be introducing a special Deal Pitch Competition!
