Robin Dyche, CCIM, is Managing Member at RIO Real Estate Investment Opportunities LLC in Albuquerque, N.M.. During his 45 years in commercial real estate, Dyche has negotiated many transactions with companies including TempurPedic Mattress, Sennheiser, Facebook, Cupertino Electric, Niagara Water, Fortis Construction, CarMax, and Merillat Cabinets.

Dyche has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 1980. Dyche was recognized as Instructor of the Year in 1999 and CI 104 Instructor of the Year in 1997 by The CCIM Institute faculty. He was also awarded the Susan Groeneveld CCIM Visionary Award in 2008 and was honored with the Victor Lyon Award for Outstanding Contributions to the CCIM program.
