Kenisha Robnett, CCIM has been a commercial practitioner since 2006. She is currently a Corporate Real Estate Advisor at Greenwood CRE in Atlanta, Georgia; specializing in retail, land, office and industrial brokerage services. She represents corporate users, private clients and even international companies with their real estate needs. Robnett has a Master's in Real Estate Development and has spent time in Corporate America with an $8B portfolio selling excess land, negotiating leases, managing 144M sf of properties, and participating in site selection for new developments.
Robnett, a CCIM Junior Instructor since 2019, teaches CI-101 and CI-103 online. She currently serves on the Georgia CCIM Chapter Board as the 2022 President, and on the Candidate Guidance Committee for the CCIM Institute.
