When Edward Redlich, CCIM,
of ComReal Miami in Miami put together a marketing package for 9590 NW 25th St.
in Doral, Fla., on behalf of B&B Properties, he went straight to STDB for
traffic counts. This was a prescient move. “As it turned out, the eventual buyer wanted a
property with frontage on a major road,” Redlich says. “With STDB, we were able to prove that 25th St. was
a major thoroughfare.”
PH Cellular purchased the 25,000 sf mixed-use property for more than $2.5
million.
