Whitney E. Kerr Jr., CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Kansas City, Mo., Dennis L. Mitchell, CCIM, of Colliers International in Atlanta, and a partner negotiated the more than $37.4 million sale of a five-building industrial portfolio totaling 683,844 sf in Auburn, Austell, Duluth, and Mableton, Ga., from Rooker to Welsh Property Trust LLC.

When Edward Redlich, CCIM, of ComReal Miami in Miami put together a marketing package for 9590 NW 25th St. in Doral, Fla., on behalf of B&B Properties, he went straight to STDB for traffic counts. This was a prescient move. “As it turned out, the eventual buyer wanted a property with frontage on a major road,” Redlich says. “With STDB, we were able to prove that 25th St. was a major thoroughfare.” PH Cellular purchased the 25,000 sf mixed-use property for more than $2.5 million.

Rebecca L. Wells, CCIM, and David A. Moore, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis and a partner represented Bank of America in the $6.8 million sale of a 72,841-sf office property in Indianapolis to Pace Realty Fund II.

Andrew D. Martin, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis and a partner represented Belden in the more than 10-year, $6.5 million lease of 30,644 sf of office space in Indianapolis from MCP Partners One LLC.
