Allentown, Pa., negotiated the more than $4.1 million sale of the 33-unit Forks
Township Townhomes in Easton, Pa., from Forks Township to a partnership of

at mutually agreeable price and terms.” The pair closed on the deal that went from
listing to under contract in less than 60 days and set a local record for
