Ready to Thrive

Are you ready to get face-to-face with top-level executives who want to do business with skilled CCIM experts? Mark your calendar for Oct. 21–22 to attend CCIM Thrive, where industry pros from commercial real estate’s top firms, including RCS Capital, Brookfield Office Properties, Marcus & Millichap, and Rockefeller Group Development Corp., will convene at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, at CCIM Institute’s new fall conference event.

The Institute has teamed up with ALM Media’s GlobeSt.co m for this one-of-a-kind networking and education event. A number of industry trendsetters who hold the CCIM designation will share their expertise, including Curt Johnson, CCIM, of First American Title Insurance, who will moderate a panel on navigating the lending landscape; Michael Anderson, CCIM, of RealSource, who will share insights on multifamily investment opportunities in secondary markets; and David Wilson, CCIM, of Lockard Development, and John L. Petricola, CCIM, of Rockefeller Group Development Corp., who will explore emerging trends in urban development.

Additional CCIM experts will weigh in on one of the industry’s most active investment sectors — crowdfunding in commercial real estate. You won’t want to miss the discussion among crowdfunding pros Gene Trowbridge, CCIM, of Trowbridge Taylor Sidoti, and Elizabeth Braman, CCIM, of Realty Mogul. Other industry experts, including Michael Weil of RCS Capital, Kyle Jeffers of Starwood, and Bert Dizzutti of Brookfield Office Properties, round out CCIM Thrive’s top-shelf lineup of speakers and panelists.

In addition to getting perspectives from the industry’s most forward thinkers, attendees can participate in a special marketing analytics session that will demonstrate recent upgrades to the CCIM Institute’s STDB technology platform, including the transition to Esri’s BAO 4.0 product.

The connections you’ll make at CCIM Thrive may be the most valuable in your career to date.
