Scott Lloyd, CCIM, of Owens Realty Services in Orlando, Fla., and Harry W. Champ, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Maitland, Fla., negotiated the more than $1.9 million sale of the 58,100-sf JMT Industrial Warehouses in Apopka, Fla., from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer.

Kelly Muldrow, CCIM, of Windermere RE/West Sound in Poulsbo, Wash., represented Mora LLC in the 20-year, $1.8 million lease of a 10,000-sf build-to-suit ice cream manufacturing and distribution facility in Poulsbo to be constructed by Eagle Harbor Properties.

Sandy G. Shindleman, CCIM, of Shindico Realty in Winnipeg, Manitoba, represented an undisclosed seller in the $1.6 million sale of a 19,680-sf industrial property in Winnipeg to an undisclosed buyer. Shindleman also represented an undisclosed lessor in the more than $1.2 million lease of a 17,961-sf retail property in Winnipeg to Mark’s.


Ed Colson Jr., CCIM, of Cassidy Turley San Diego in San Diego and a partner represented Bayou Grove LP in the $2.4 million purchase of 4,000 sf of retail space in Missouri City, Texas, from Dawn Broken Arrow.

Stephen V. Jacquemin, CCIM, of S.J. Financial Group in Ellisville, Mo., represented St. Joseph LLC in the more than $2.1 million sale of the 39,000-sf Associated Grocers in St. Joe, Mo., to an undisclosed buyer.

Todd P. Garrett, CCIM, of Avison Young in Charleston, S.C., represented Palmetto Oil of Charleston LLC in the more than $1.6 million sale of a 2,264-sf gas station in North Charleston, S.C. Bryan Perrucci, CCIM, of Southeastern Management Group represented the buyer, Ray P. McClain.

John E. Bevon Jr., CCIM, of Avison Young in Mount Pleasant, S.C., represented 1380 N. Fraser LLC in the more than $1.5 million purchase of a 2,466-sf restaurant in Georgetown, S.C., from Treyls Georgetown LLC.

Mark T. Sneed, CCIM, of Alliant Partners Realty in Tampa, Fla., represented the owners in the more than $1.1 million sale of a 2,700-sf triple-net-leased KFC in Tampa. Elliot M. Ross, CCIM, of RMC Ross Realty in Tampa represented the out-of-state buyer.
