Joseph Belinske IV, CCIM, of the Reichle Klein Group in Toledo, Ohio, represented DFG-South Haven LLC in the $2.3 million purchase of a 40,040-sf retail strip center in South Haven, Mich., from Equity Alliance of South Haven LLC.

Micah McCullough, CCIM or UCR Properties LLC in Jackson, Miss., represented an undisclosed buyer in the more than $1.8 million purchase of the 19,200-sf Vicksburg Plaza and .64-acre outparcel property in Vicksburg, Miss., from DBSI Liquidating Trust.

George Spirrison, CCIM, of Adelphia Properties in Oak Brook, Ill., represented a private investor in the $1.2 million sale of a 5,400-sf Denny’s in Michigan City, Ind. Simeon Spirrison, CCIM, of Adelphia Properties in Oak Brook represented the buyer, a private investor.


Jeffrey B. Pollock, CCIM, of Pollock Commercial in Atlanta and Lee M. Wagner, CCIM, of Site Selection Group in Dallas represented Bench Craft Co. in the 10-year, more than $2 million lease of 12,841 sf of office space in Arlington, Texas, from Fausset Neeley.

Stephen A. Heim, CCIM of Rauch Heim Commercial Real Estate in Pompano Beach, Fla., represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $1 million sale of a 5,099-sf office condo in Miramar, Fla., to an undisclosed buyer. Heim also represented both parties in the $690,000 sale of a 7,707-sf office building in Pompano Beach.


Michael Scarpino, CCIM, of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. and two partners represented Woodfield Distribution LLC in the more than 4-year, $2.8 million lease expansion of 22,648 sf of industrial space at Boca Distribution Center 1 in Boca Raton, Fla., from Prologis.

William H. Rollins Jr., CCIM, of Land Solutions in Fort Myers, Fla., negotiated the $2.6 million sale of an 81,000-sf warehouse in Fort Myers from Alico Industries LLC to an undisclosed buyer.

Mark Zamudio, CCIM,of Colliers International in San Jose, Calif., represented Leotek Electronics USA in the more than 5-year, more than $2.4 million lease of 77,035 sf of warehouse space in San Jose from Prologis.


Terry Moore, CCIM, of ACI Apartments represented Evans ABC Partnership in the more than $2.2 million sale of a 19-unit multifamily property in Lemon Grove, Calif., to an undisclosed buyer.


Ian Black, CCIM, and Stephen Horn, CCIM, of Ian Black Real Estate in Sarasota, Fla., and a partner negotiated the $2.8 million sale of 36,750 sf of land in Sarasota from United Way Suncoast to Biter Building LLC.
