Todd D. Clarke, CCIM, of NM Apartment Advisors in Albuquerque, N.M., represented an undisclosed seller in the $12 million sale of a 248-unit multifamily portfolio in Albuquerque to an undisclosed buyer.

Julie L. Lux, CCIM, and James M. McCaffrey, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Minneapolis represented Dominium in the $11 million sale of the 175-unit Oakdale Village Apartments in Oakdale, Minn., to a local private equity buyer.

Thomas McConnell, CCIM, of Marcus & Millichap in Elmwood Park, N.J., and a partner negotiated the more than $7 million sale of the 56-unit Martha Washington Apartments in Clifton, N.J., from Martha Washington LLC to Rega Clifton LLC.

Kenneth A. Shebib, CCIM, of Colliers International in Edmonton, Alberta, negotiated the more than $3.3 million sale of a 6,000-sf Kuusamo Developments property in Fort McMurray, Alberta, from Kuusamo Developments to Alberta Industrial Sheet Metal.

Chandler Brewer, CCIM, of Brewer Brokerage Co. in Asheville, N.C., negotiated the $7.7 million sale of a 109-room Hampton Inn in Hendersonville, N.C., from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer.

Kevin D. Chin, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness in San Francisco represented Columbus Avenue II in the $17.7 million purchase of a 68,525-sf 24 Hour Fitness Super-Sport in Livermore, Calif., from an undisclosed seller.

Alex Zylberglait, CCIM, of Marcus & Millichap in Miami and two partners negotiated the more than $17.3 million sale of a 20,393-sf net-leased Staples property in Miami from 2121 Biscayne Blvd. LLC to an undisclosed buyer. Zylberglait and two partners also represented a private investment group in the more than $11.7 million sale of the 75,592-sf Essex Shopping Center in Hialeah, Fla., to a private investment group.

T. Patrick Murray, CCIM, of Grant-Murray Real Estate LLC in Fayetteville, N.C., and ÑJay Taylor Jr., CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness in Raleigh, N.C., represented Curtis Dail in the more than $8.3 million sale of a 19,728-sf CarMax in Fayetteville to an undisclosed buyer.

Timothy C. Macker Jr., CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac in Los Angeles represented a private overseas developer in the more than $5.2 million purchase of a 22,500-sf retail property in Santa Monica, Calif., from a private seller.

Evelyn R. Ward, CCIM, of Transwestern in Houston represented Unum Group in the more than $9.7 million sale of a 106,000-sf office property in Houston to ACCC Insurance.

Blake Virgilio, CCIM, of Caldwell Cos. in Houston represented the buyer.

Christopher Leonard, CCIM, of Colliers International in Clearwater, Fla., represented CNBRE 1 Holdings in the $8 million sale of 1,208 acres of land in North Parrish, Fla., to Extended Investments.

Steve Poole, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Denver and a partner represented an undisclosed seller in the $7.5 million sale of 158 acres of land in Erie, Colo., to an undisclosed buyer.

D’Arcy Browning, CCIM, of Re/Max Commercial in Calgary, Alberta, negotiated the $4 million sale of more than 5.2 acres of multifamily development land in Airdrie, Alberta, from BDC to MDC.

Donald N. Beck, CCIM, of 36 Clear in Charlotte, N.C., represented BPR Properties LLC in the $4 million purchase of more than 1.1 acres of land in Charlotte to trustees of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and A.M.E. Zion Publishing House.

Kent Mommsen, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce in Boise, Idaho, represented P. Chimento Properties LLC in the $13.1 million debt equity restructuring of a 101,519-sf industrial property in Henderson, Colo., for Commerce Bank.

Fulk answered a CCIM MailBridge “want” for historic properties in the Southeast from David Bryant, CCIM, of Metropolitan Development in Columbia, S.C. Fulk contacted Bryant about the 48,000-sf Coe Plaza and the 56,000-sf Pepper Building in Winston-Salem and negotiated the $2.4 million sale of both buildings to U.S. Development Co. “Without CCIM Mailbridge, two of Winston-Salem’s most prominent historic properties might still be sitting idle,” Fulk says. “It’s a prime example of CCIM designees working together for positive results.”
