Media Momentum

As one of the world’s most
prestigious commercial real estate education and networking organizations, CCIM
Institute continues to raise the profile of its members. From stories in local
and regional media outlets to a commercial that aired on Fox Business News in
up to 30 million households in 240 markets, CCIM is being recognized as the
global standard for professional achievement in commercial real estate.
Promoting the CCIM designation and the value CCIMs bring to
the marketplace is one of my top goals for 2013, and the Institute’s emphasis
on this initiative has yielded a variety of opportunities. For instance, CCIM’s
corporate video, which was released in May, provides an exceptional overview of
the Institute. Take a few minutes to watch this video on CCIM’s YouTube
channel.
In addition, New York mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis
spoke at the June New York City Metro CCIM Chapter luncheon. This opportunity
for CCIM members to network with a top business professional has value for the
entire organization. At another high-profile industry event, the National Real Estate Investor High Net Worth Investor Conference,
I was interviewed by NREI’s editor on how CCIM’s investment
analysis insights offer a highly skilled approach to serving high net worth
investors.
Through the first half of 2013, more than 125 million
unique viewers have seen CCIM Institute or designees highlighted in print and
online media pieces. This fall, a CCIM designation promotion campaign will be
launched via print and Web advertisements in several key industry media
sources, including NREI, GlobeSt.com, and Real Estate Forum.
CCIM strives to elevate your profile as a designee. Now, do

future.
