Brugge and a partner also represented Waldemere Ventures LLC in the $46.5 million sale of 149,710 sf of office space in Sarasota, Fla., to Health Care REIT.

Gary N. Hunter, CCIM, of Westlake Associates in Seattle and a partner represented Pinewood Square LLC in the $17.3 million sale of a 180-unit multifamily property in Lynnwood, Wash., to Bridge Investment Group LLC.

Cindy Hill, CCIM, of KW Commercial in Studio City, Calif., negotiated the $5.2 million sale of a 24-unit multifamily property in Sherman Oaks, Calif., from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer.

Jeff Koon, CCIM, of Carriage House Realty in Athens, Ga., represented a private investment fund in the more than $3.6 million purchase of a 68-unit multifamily property in Gainesville, Ga., from DRV Limited LLC. Koon also represented a private investment fund in the $3.2 million purchase of a 51-unit multifamily property in Athens from ROC LLC.

Marc Barker, CCIM, of NAI/Latter & Blum in Baton Rouge, La., represented WBR Equities LLC in the long-term, $40 million lease of 1 million sf of industrial property in Baton Rouge to an undisclosed lessee.

Kenneth A. Shebib, CCIM, of Colliers International in Edmonton, Alberta, represented Kuusamo Developments in the $12.5 million sale of a 23,744-sf industrial property in Fort McMurray, Alberta, to Alberta Regional Carpenters. Shebib also negotiated the $11.5 million sale of a 25,956-sf industrial property in Fort McMurray from Property Solutions 2006 Ltd. to Acuren Group.

Si A. Pitstick, CCIM, of Cincinnati Commercial Realtors in Cincinnati represented Sonoco in the $6.9 million sale of a 326,001-sf industrial building in Erlanger, Ky., to Newly Weds Foods.

John T. Joyce, CCIM, of Newmark Knight Frank Epic in Rosemont, Ill., represented an undisclosed seller in the $3.8 million sale of a 38,000-sf industrial property in Chicago to GLG International.

Carl D. Kuhn, CCIM, of Jack White Commercial in Anchorage, Alaska, represented an Alaska Native corporation in the 5-year, $14 million lease of 300,000 sf of office space in Anchorage from an undisclosed lessor.

Sean Fulp, CCIM, of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in San Francisco represented Century Park Partners LLC in the $10 million sale of a 147,194-sf office building in Riverside, Calif., to BH Properties LLC.

Yvonne A. Jones, CCIM, of McCaffery Interests in Chicago represented an undisclosed buyer in the $6.8 million purchase of 21,696 sf of office space in Shiloh, Ill., from Shiloh Partners LLC.

Robert H. Burns, CCIM, of Robert H. Burns Co. in Nashville, Tenn., represented Maryland Way Partners LLC in the more than $5.1 million purchase of 38,000 sf of office space in Brentwood, Tenn., from Randall Baskin.

William H. Rollins Jr., CCIM, of Land Solutions in Fort Myers, Fla., and a partner negotiated the $9.7 million sale of 256 acres of land in Fort Meyers from L.B. Andersen & Co. to Waterford Landing Acquisitions LLC. Rollins and a partner also negotiated the $3.1 million sale of 3,085 acres of farmland in Labelle, Fla., from Farm Credit of Central Florida ACA to SPP Land LLC.

Mark E. Douglas, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer in Glen Allen, Va., negotiated the $8.5 million sale of 74.7 acres of land in Henrico County, Va., from Oscar N. Nuckols Family Trust and Sheila and Hugh A. Worcester to Markel/Eagle Advisors LLC.

Brad A. Cox, CCIM, of Thomas D. Wood and Co. in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., arranged the $18 million financing of a 272-unit multifamily property in Venice, Fla.

CCIM ROI

When Ted Barr, CCIM, of Crescendo Commercial Realty in Cleveland asked CCIM instructor Alec Pacella,CCIM, if he knew of any designees in Texas to help him buy medical office properties in the state, Pacella referred him to fellow instructor Alex Johnson, CCIM, of Laurex Realty Advisors in Plano. “Ted only wanted to work with CCIMs,” Johnson says. “We speak the same language.” Johnson represented Barr, an executive for Creekside Medical Properties, in the more than $4.8 million purchase of a 31,363-sf medical office building in College Station, Texas, from Muco Verde LLC. “It also helped that the seller’s broker has a CCIM in their firm who is a former student of mine,” Johnson says. “It is all about relationships.”
