2013 Strategic Plan

As 2013 gets underway, CCIM Institute’s 2013 President Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, senior managing director of Re/Max Right Choice Commercial & Investment in Trumbull, Conn., plans to continue building momentum for the CCIM designation — and the value it adds for clients globally, he says. In the year ahead he plans to make strides toward fulfilling the organization’s strategic plan (see below) and roll out the next version of CCIM Technologies’ Site Analysis and property data platforms.

Vision for the Future

In 2012, the CCIM Institute adopted the following strategic plan and will continue to make progress on these goals in 2013 and beyond.

  1. Promote the CCIM designation and designees as the global leaders in commercial real estate.
  2. Foster the highest quality standards to earn and retain the CCIM designation.
  3. Provide the highest quality education for commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
  4. Provide commercial real estate professionals with innovative business resources.
