Andrew Sumlin, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta represented RB Terraces LLC in the 15-year, $31 million lease of 77,000 sf of office space in Atlanta to Elekta.

Ryan Lasiter, CCIM, of Doyle Rogers in Little Rock, Ark., and partners represented Mann Project LLC in the 15-year, $18 million lease of 65,000 sf of office space in Little Rock to the state of Arkansas. The transaction absorbed part of a $20 million redevelopment in which Lasiter is also involved.

Thomas F. Campenni, CCIM, of Thomas F. Campenni Co. in Stuart, Fla., represented an undisclosed lessor in the 13-year, more than $15 million lease of 26,500 sf of office space from to WorkHouse NYC LLC.

Paul J. Blum, CCIM, of Kasten Long Commercial Group in Phoenix represented District Medical Group in the 11-year, $13.5 million lease of 56,530 sf of office space in Phoenix from Park Central Mall LLC.

Stephen A. Heim, CCIM, of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., represented Gables Granada Plaza in the $7.5 million sale of a 35,313-sf office building in Coral Gables, Fla., to Steiner Management Services LLC.

Timothy C. Macker Jr., CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac in Los Angeles represented an undisclosed buyer in the $4.3 million purchase of a 6,000-sf office property in Santa Monica, Calif., from a private seller.

Bruce R. Schiff, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley San Diego in Carlsbad, Calif., and a partner represented Sea Breeze Properties LLC in the more than $19.5 million sale of an 81,279-sf shopping center in Oceanside, Calif., to Gerrity Group.

Edward M. Jordan, CCIM, of Northeast Private Client Group in Bridgeport, Conn., negotiated the more than $7.4 million sale of a 49,146-sf shopping center in New Haven, Conn., from Krypac Development LLC to Longford Associates.

Keoni Fursse, CCIM, of Kokua Realty in Grain Valley, Mo., represented Coronado Partners LLC in the $4.3 million sale of a 14,534-sf shopping center in Blue Springs, Mo., to Passco Co. LLC.

Sam Foster, CCIM, of Jones Lang LaSalle in El Segundo, Calif., represented Weyerhaeuser in the $10.1 million sale of 18.3 acres of land in Chino, Calif., to ProLogis.

Alan Tapie, CCIM, of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Atlanta and a partner arranged the $31 million financing of a 288-unit multifamily community in Little Rock, Ark., for Fountaine Bleau Apartments.

Paul B. Natalizio, CCIM, of Cornerstone Realty Consultants in Stoneham, Mass., arranged the $4.4 million financing of a 36-unit multifamily portfolio in Arlington, Mass., for an undisclosed borrower.

Neal Churney, CCIM, of Johnson Capital in Phoenix, arranged the $3.1 million financing of a 23,000-sf retail property in Phoenix for an undisclosed borrower.

Grusd, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness Richter Grusd in Iselin, N.J., represented Counsel RB Capital in the more than $3.2 million sale of a 172,000-sf industrial facility in New Brunswick, N.J., to an undisclosed buyer. Grusd also represented Schott NYC in the more than $3.2 million purchase of a 58,683-sf warehouse facility in Union, N.J., from an undisclosed seller.

Todd A. Kamps, CCIM, of Kwekel Cos. in Grand Rapids, Mich., negotiated the more than $2.7 million sale of a 300,000-sf industrial property in South Bend, Ind., from AIC Ventures to Pratt Industries.

Hospitality

Gerard R.C. Pastrano, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness/The Pastrano Group in San Antonio represented NJS Partners in the $6.5 million sale of a 45,000-sf hospitality property in San Antonio to a private investor. Pastrano also represented NJS Partners in the $5.7 million sale of a 43,000-sf hospitality property in San Antonio to Canadian Investors.

Fowler, CCIM, of Brown Investment Properties in Greensboro, N.C., and a partner represented LNR Properties in the $6.2 million sale of a 308-unit multifamily property in Greenville, N.C., to Summer Green LLC. Fowler also represented LNR Properties in the more than $2.6 million sale of a 116-unit multifamily property in Spartanburg, S.C., to Upstate Property Rentals LLC.

Michael P. Jakubiec, CCIM, of Michael P. Jakubiec Investment Real Estate in St. Charles, Ill., represented both the undisclosed seller and the undisclosed buyer in the $3 million sale of a 48-unit multifamily property in Chicago Ridge, Ill.

Micah Alcorn, CCIM, of Domain Commercial LLC in Norman, Okla., represented Sassan Moghadam in the more than $12.9 million sale of a 263,390-sf self-storage portfolio to SecurCare Self Storage.
