RB Terraces LLC in the 15-year, $31 million lease of 77,000 sf of office space
in Atlanta to Elekta.
Lasiter, CCIM, of Doyle Rogers in Little Rock, Ark., and partners
represented Mann Project LLC in the 15-year, $18 million lease of 65,000 sf of
office space in Little Rock to the state of Arkansas. The transaction absorbed
part of a $20 million redevelopment in which Lasiter is also involved.
