Traveling on behalf of The CCIM Institute is always a privilege, and this recent series of international visits has reminded me of the incredible reach and strength of our global community. Everywhere I go, I see the impact of the Designation in new markets and new chapters, and through professionals who are using our education and network to elevate their careers. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent our organization abroad and to witness firsthand how our members are shaping the future of commercial real estate around the world. 

Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter

Considering the once-a-century nature of COVID-19's disruption, there's hardly a script for getting back to business as usual. Outside of the disruptions to daily life, commercial real estate has faced plenty of novel obstacles and disruptions. But if you are looking for a case study in how to build momentum coming out of the worst of the pandemic, you could do worse than looking at the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter.

The Louisiana CCIM Chapter serves the entire state of Louisiana and has approximately 200 members consisting of designees, candidates, and some affiliates. Their chapter members are concentrated in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge MSAs, and they also have a strong delegation in the Acadiana region and the Central and North Louisiana areas.
