2026 Global President-Elect Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, moderated a panel with other industry leaders Tamika Moses, SIRE, Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, and Florida Realtors President, Tim Weisheyer. The panel explored key trends and observations toward the evolving real estate landscape, migration patterns, and ways to navigate through the challenges of rising construction costs and operating expenses.
