As ICSC Las Vegas began this week, the energy was electric with retail commercial real estate professionals from across the globe gathered to connect, collaborate, and close deals. The CCIM Institute was excited to return to ICSC this year, not only to connect with members, candidates, and CRE professionals, but also to introduce three custom-made retail commercial real estate classes.
Last February, the Texas REALTORS© celebrated their members and local associations during their Winter Meeting in Austin. The event included awards given to outstanding individuals, highlighting their dedication and demonstration of excellence in the real estate industry.
During the 2025 Spring Forum, The CCIM Institute chapters gathered to celebrate their accomplishments throughout the last year. The awards luncheon was led by Michael Williamson, CCIM, Chair of the Chapter Activities Subcommittee, and Jessica Johnson Kelley, CCIM, Vice Chair. As the luncheon progressed, Williamson and Johnson Kelley underscored the importance of celebrating our chapters’ dedication, successes, and overall excellence.
