Day Three of the 2026 Fall Forum delivered everything at once: major market insight, practical technology, career-defining conversations, and one unforgettable celebration of the newest CCIM Designees.

From the Exam Room to the Main Stage

The day began with a milestone moment as candidates took the Comprehensive Exam, putting their knowledge and preparation to the test.

From there, the agenda shifted quickly into what’s next for the business.

Tech Talks, presented by Crexi, put practical tools directly into the hands of CRE professionals, with sessions exploring parcel intelligence, demographic analysis, market forecasting and AI-powered location workflows. Industry Insights went even further, covering cost segregation, cross-state brokerage opportunities, AI-driven commercial intelligence and ways to future-proof brokerage operations. The common thread? Better information only creates value when you know how to turn it into action.

What Happens When Someone Reads the Room, Literally?

Then Joshua Seth took the stage during the Keynote lunch. Numbers were predicted. PINs were uncovered. Audience members watched as body language, rapport and subtle cues turned into jaw-dropping demonstrations of influence.

Behind the mentalism was a message with real commercial real estate relevance: as technology becomes more sophisticated, trust, communication and the ability to understand people become even more valuable. For an industry built on negotiations, client relationships and reading situations quickly, the human advantage was impossible to miss.

Reading the Market and the Opportunity

The afternoon brought a rapid-fire series of conversations designed to help attendees think differently about where commercial real estate is headed.

Underwriting the Horizon panel connected the macro economy directly to deal-level decisions. With interest rates, inflation, consumer spending, and geopolitical risk all in play, the panel reinforced the importance of understanding not just national trends, but the local market conditions that ultimately determine risk and opportunity.

Beyond the Deal panel shifted the focus from markets to mindset. Top performers shared how commitment, capability, courage and confidence have helped them navigate career changes, rejection, difficult projects, and changing business conditions. The message was simple: successful careers aren't built by avoiding uncertainty; they're built by developing the ability to move through it.

Retail leaders also pulled back the curtain on what's shaping their real estate decisions. During the National Retail Outlook, operating costs, government policy, changing consumer behavior, data, and AI all entered the conversation. For CRE professionals, understanding what affects the retailer can reveal a lot about what will affect the real estate.

And the view expanded beyond U.S. borders during the Global CRE Outlook, where Taiwan's semiconductor-driven growth and Japan's evolving urban markets illustrated how AI, advanced manufacturing, tourism, demographics and international capital are creating opportunities in very different ways.

The takeaway across every conversation: opportunity is moving, and expertise helps you see where it's going.

The Moment They Worked For

Then came one of the most powerful moments of the 2026 Fall Forum. At the Global Pinning Ceremony, the next generation of CCIM Designees walked across the stage and officially joined the CCIM community.

The pin represents far more than completing an exam. It reflects discipline, expertise, integrity and a commitment to excellence, and the newest Designees made a promise to uphold those standards as they continue building their careers.

With new Designees representing communities and markets around the world, the ceremony was also a reminder of just how far the CCIM Network reaches.

For Candidates, it was the destination they have been working toward.

For Designees in the room, it was a reminder of their own journey.

And for everyone watching, it was one of those Fall Forum moments you simply had to experience in person and celebrate with our newest members of the CCIM Institute.

Three Days in and Still More to Come

From the Comprehensive Exam to global market intelligence, unforgettable keynote moments and the celebration of our newest Designees, Day Three captured what the 2026 Fall Forum is all about:

Learn more. See further. Build stronger relationships. And leave ready for what comes next.

Additionally, the Dealmaking & Networking Lounge, presented by Colliers, kept conversations and opportunities moving forward as the day went by allowing attendees to connect, share active deals and expand their relationships across the CCIM Network.
