2025 FALL FORUM: KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

We are just weeks away from our 2025 Fall Forum! From October 5–9 at the JW Marriott Parq in Vancouver, commercial real estate professionals will gather at one of the biggest CRE events of the year to learn about economic updates and market trends, learn from panelists and special courses, welcome new Designees, and daily dealmaking. This is your guide to help you decide what events to look out for and how to get the most out of your Forum experience! 

Registration is Open 
Create a fully customizable experience at the Fall Forum, but act fast as events are selling out! Your $125 registration fee unlocks access to core events, including the Welcome Reception, State of the Institute & Economic Update, daily Market Insight Panels, education courses, and the Dealmaking & Networking Lounge. From there, you can add on ticketed experiences—such as the Deal Pitch Lunch, Global Lunch, or the Dealmakers Award Presentation & Dinner—to shape your schedule. With limited seating and city tour tickets capped at just fifty spots, we anticipate several events will sell out soon!

  Join Michael Litt for an engaging morning of insights on interest rates, market trends, and strategic approaches in commercial real estate, with practical takeaways for investors, brokers, and developers.
• [LIMITED TICKETS] Boat Tour | October 7, 1:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  Board at Bayshore West Marina, sip a glass, and enjoy canapés as Vancouver’s skyline shines. Two and a half hours of hospitality and harbor views await. 
   
• [LIMITED TICKETS] Hard Hat Tour | October 7, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
  Go behind the scenes at the new Freedom Mobile Arch in Hastings Park and see the city’s future hub for concerts and festivals take shape. Transportation provided. 
   
• [LIMITED TICKETS] 2026 Inauguration | October 7, 7:00–10:30 p.m. 
  Celebrate the inauguration of our 2026 Global President, Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, at an exclusive evening event. Tickets are required to join this festive celebration. 

Making & Celebrating Deals 
The Fall Forum is the place to network, pitch deals, and discover new opportunities. 

• The Dealmaking & Networking Lounge | October 6, 7, & 8, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Happy Hour 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.)
  This is the place to connect, talk about opportunities, and make deals. Active deals will be displayed on The Digital Deal Wall (and our Event App). Only registered attendees can submit deals by September 22. 
   
• Deal Pitch Lunch | October 6, 11:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m. 
  The inaugural Deal Pitch Lunch offers a unique chance to hear real-world dealmaking stories and hear 90 second deal pitches. Attendees will learn how networking at past events turned into real transactions and strategic business opportunities. 
   
• Dealmakers Award Presentation & Dinner | October 6, 7:00–10:00 p.m. 
  Celebrate monumental deals made by CCIMs worldwide at our first-ever Dealmaker Awards Dinner. Hear inspiring stories, recognize iconic dealmakers, and connect with top professionals in the industry. 

Mobile App & Webpage 
Back by popular demand, the Forum web page and mobile app put the Fall Forum at your fingertips. Check the agenda, see who’s attending, match with other attendees, access session agendas and notes, and set up your profile to network and match with others.  

The Forum Web Page is now available for registered attendees, and the mobile app will launch the week of September 22.
