Clifford Bogart, CCIM, is President and Founder at The Vanguard Commercial Group in Dallas. During his 35 years in commercial real estate, Bogart has negotiated transactions with clients like Xerox Corporation, The State of Texas, UAW, Hartford Insurance, Guggenheim Partners, and Media General.

Bogart has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2005 and was recognized as CI 103 Instructor of the Year by The CCIM Institute faculty in 2011. He also has been a continuing education (CE) course writer and instructor on the subject of commercial real estate since 2001 and teaches the mandatory Legal Update and Ethics courses for the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Bogart earned his bachelor's degree of Business, marketing, and economics from University of Michigan.
