Alec Pacella, CCIM, is the president of NAI Pleasant Valley in Akron, Ohio. During his 30 years in commercial real estate, he has negotiated industrial property transactions with companies like First Industrial Realty Trust, Grubb & Ellis, and The Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation.
Pacella has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 2008 and has been a guest lecturer at Youngstown State University and Cleveland State University. He's been recognized in the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame, Crains Cleveland Business "40 Under Forty," and multiple NAIOP "Deal of the Year" awards.
He earned his bachelor's degree in geography and MBA in Finance from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.
