Physical improvements in real estate development may include roads, landscaping, parking lots, amenities, water treatment, and more. 

This course emphasizes that all improvements must be planned, designed, engineered, constructed, maintained, and renovated or replaced.  Mark Van Ark, CCIM, will walk through improvement issues and considerations at each stage of the development process while sharing examples from decades of experience in the industry.
