At the ReFocus CCIM conference in October, 10 exhibitors took part in the Technology Shootout: Facilitating the Transaction session. Each exhibitor had 10 minutes to explain why their product is an indispensable weapon in a CCIM’s deal-making arsenal. Hewlett-Packard -- Financial calculators such as the HP 17bII+, which calculates loan payments, net present value, internal rate of return, and more
LoopNet -- An online commercial real estate listing service
NAR Commercial –- The National Association of Realtors’ commercial real estate division for industry advocacy
ProspectNow -- A nationwide database of six million commercial building owners and a contact management system
