Vijay Shah, CCIM, of Rivercrest Realty Investors in Raleigh, N.C., represented Rivercrest Realty LLC in the 7-year, more than $2.6 million lease of a 30,324-sf retail space in Raleigh to the North Carolina Department of Revenue, which was represented by

Gregory C. Hobbs, CCIM, of Hobbs Properties in Raleigh. Shah and Hobbs also negotiated the 5-year, $2.4 million lease of a 23,000-sf retail space from Rivercrest Realty LLC to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

Soozi Jones-Walker, CCIM, of Commercial Executives in Las Vegas represented Scher’s Superior Tire in the 12-year, more than $1.8 million lease of 6,464 sf of retail space in Las Vegas from Ann Losee Pad LLC.
