Michael T. Moylan, CCIM, of Investors Realty in Omaha, Neb., represented Todd Simon in the $1.4 million sale of a 16,120-sf building in the Old Market area of Omaha to P&A McGill Living Trust.

Farrell also represented the landlord, KVI, in the $2 million lease to Toys'R'Us for a 30,264-sf Babies'R'Us store in Omaha.
