« Robert A. Cosgrove, CCIM, of J.J. Barnicke in Edmonton, Alberta, was the sole broker in the $1.2 million sale of 42 acres of land in Edmonton from Compsite to Walton International Group. Cosgrove also was the sole broker in the $1.1 million sale of 41 acres of land also in Edmonton from Hustle Holdings to Walton International Group.

Michael T. Moylan, CCIM, of Investors Realty in Omaha, Neb., represented Todd Simon in the $1.4 million sale of a 16,120-sf building in the Old Market area of Omaha to P&A McGill Living Trust.

Farrell also represented the landlord, KVI, in the $2 million lease to Toys'R'Us for a 30,264-sf Babies'R'Us store in Omaha.
