long-term lease of a 48,743-sf industrial space in Wixom, Mich.

Tucker in Cincinnati, James P. O’Connell, CCIM, of Colliers International also
in Cincinnati, and two partners negotiated the more than $2.3 million, long-
term lease of 132,030 sf of industrial space in Hebron, Ky., to Eagle Global
Logistics from HAS Acquisitions.

negotiated the $1.7 million sale of a 24,000-sf industrial warehouse in Naples
from KMG Holdings LLC to Mark and Michael Austin.

million purchase of a 6,026-sf office building with .75 acres in Nashville from
