Sargent, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Paducah, Ky., brokered the more than $2.3 million sale of a 20,000-sf office building in Orlando, Fla., from C.D. Miller & Partners LLC to Colonial Plaza LLC. Along with J. Keith Kidwell, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Champ and Sargent also negotiated the more than $1.9 million sale of a 6,885-sf medical office in Winter Park, Fla., from Stadlen Holdings 213 LLC to the Lester E. Ginkel Trust.

Daniel M. Latshaw, CCIM, of Bull Realty in Atlanta represented Morris, Schnider & Prior LLC in the $1.2 million sale of a 13,000-sf office building in Atlanta to One-on-One Therapy. Latshaw and a partner also represented Dr. Maria Walker in the more than $1.1 million sale of a 7,664-sf office building in Atlanta to George Andrews DDS represented by James R. Hambright, CCIM, of the Westminster Group in Atlanta.
