Boyd and Moore also represented Shamrock Builders in the more than $1 million, five-year lease of 7,878 sf of office space in Indianapolis to Raymond James & Associates.

Turley, CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis represented U.S. Bank Plaza in the more than $2.5 million, seven-year lease of 19,147 sf of office space in St. Louis to Korein Tillery. Messey also negotiated the more than $1.5 million, six-year lease of 10,940 sf of office space in St. Louis from RREEF Management Co. to Brighton Agency.
