Robert Lowe, CCIM, and Whit McCrary, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Brentwood, Tenn., and a partner represented Kirkland Properties LLC in the more than $2.5 million, six-year lease of 24,114 sf of office space to Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. in Brentwood.

James W. Mosby, CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis and a partner represented National City Bank in the more than $1.9 million sale of a 22,000-sf office building in St. Louis to Reliance Bancshares.

Industrial

John E. Huguenard , CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis and two partners represented Mike and Jan Schroeder in the more than $2 million sale of a 46,780-sf industrial facility in Indianapolis to Classic Real Estate Holdings.

Thomas M. McCormick, CCIM, and Bernard McNab, CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Cincinnati represented Pioneer Real Estate Investments LLC in the more than $1.8 million purchase of a 45,640-sf industrial building in Loveland, Ohio, from Spartan Chemical Corp.

Retail

David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $2 million sale of a 12,000-sf retail building in Naples from TRJJ and G Land Trust to PRS of Naples LLC. Stevens also negotiated the $1.1 million sale of a 6,000-sf marine repair business building in Naples from Paul Jeffrey and Paula Bonar to Gordon W. Petherick.

Multifamily

Casey Babb , CCIM, of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate in Tampa, Fla., and a partner negotiated the more than $2.1 million sale of the 32-unit Westgate Apartments in Orlando, Fla., from a private investor to Westgate RE LLC. Babband a partner also represented Terrier Properties LLC in the more than $1.2 million sale of the 20-unit Casa del Sol Apartments in Tampa to Uniland Investments. Babb and his partner also represented Richard Douglas Homes in the more than $1.1 million sale of the 14-unit Palasias Apartments in South Tampa, Fla., to a private investor.

Land

Thomas M. Powers , CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Cincinnati represented Wilkland Ltd. in the more than $2.2 million sale of 19.8 acres of land in Deerfield Township, Ohio, to Gridiron Development.
