Like me, I’m sure you know colleagues who are interested in the
CCIM designation but don’t have the time or schedule to commit to the program.
Now we’re making it easier for industry professionals to accelerate their participation
in the CCIM education program by offering four course delivery methods.
I ask each of you to pass along this issue of CIRE to colleagues
interested in the CCIM designation program. Point out this note from me, which
explains our customized program, and the course schedule and registration
information on p.7. And let me know how we might customize CCIM courses so that
every interested professional has the opportunity to access the world’s finest
commercial real estate education.
CCIM’s five-day traditional classroom courses provide face-to-face
interaction with CCIM’s respected faculty. Students can network with classmates
and get to know CCIM’s instructors, who have years of real-world experience.
Time-constrained students can access CCIM education through online
courses. With the five-week instructor-led model, students attend live virtual
classroom sessions and interact with instructors and classmates. The online
self-paced option is completed on the student’s own schedule.
Students also can combine the advantages of the traditional
classroom with the convenience of online delivery with CCIM’s new hybrid
option. The hybrid courses are a great way to try the online format without
losing the face-to-face networking benefits of the classroom.
I hope that current candidates can accelerate their careers by
completing their CCIM education and designation requirements in 2011 and join
us for the comprehensive exam in either Bethesda, Md., in April, or Phoenix,
Ariz., in October. The red CCIM pin — and a better chance at a successful real
estate career — await you.
