Gstettenbauer also represented San Diego Skin in the 10-year, $1.1 million lease of 2,806 sf of medical office space in La Jolla, Calif., from G&L 4150 Regents LLC.

Henry Chazankin, CCIM, of Chazankin Commercial Real Estate in Windsor, Calif., negotiated the more than $2.2 million sale of a two-building office portfolio totaling 20,000 sf in Stockton, Calif., from Campbell to Maring.

Timothy K. O’Brien, CCIM, of Resource Commercial Real Estate in Indianapolis represented the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization in the $2.2 million purchase of a 37,000-sf office building in Indianapolis from an undisclosed seller.
