Sturm, Houge, and Vannelli also represented the seller in the $1.4 million sale of a 3,582-sf Pizza Hut net-leased property in Gulf Port , Miss., to a private individual.

William A. Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC, of Eshenbaugh Land Co. in Tampa, Fla., represented McNichols Co. in the $2.9 million sale of 280 acres of land in Tampa, to a Tampa limited partnership.
Robert A. Cosgrove, CCIM, of J.J. Barnicke Edmonton Ltd. In Edmonton , Alberta , was the sole broker in the $1.2 million sale of 40.24 acres from Hustle Holding Ltd. to Walton International Group of Calgary, Alberta . Cosgrove was also the sole broker in the $1.1 million sale of 41.87 acres from Compsite to Walton International Group.
