Mosby, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis and a partner represented Rose International in the 5-year, more than $1.9 million lease of 18,312 sf of office space in St. Louis from Sachs Properties. Bazoian, Mosby, and three partners also negotiated the 8-year, more than $1.8 million lease of 12,443 sf of office space in St. Louis from Koman Group to the Visiting Nurse Association.

David Lipp, CCIM, of Grubb & Ellis in Las Vegas represented S.L. Investments in the 20-year, more than $3.2 million lease of 3,198 sf of retail space in Las Vegas from Lake Mead Crossing LLC.

Matthew Stephen Klein, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Minneapolis and two partners represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $3.1 million sale of a three-building retail portfolio totaling 25,509 sf in Apple Valley, Minn., to Baceline Investments LLC.

Poppe and three partners also represented AMB in the more than 2-year, more than $1.6 million lease of 61,102 sf of industrial space in Rogers, Minn., to Blue Dot Design & Manufacturing.

David Larsen, CCIM, of Bank of Oklahoma in Tulsa, Okla., arranged the $7.2 million financing of a 189,000-sf industrial portfolio in Tulsa for an undisclosed buyer. Larsen also arranged the $2.8 million financing of a 14,490-sf retail property in Little Rock, Ark., for an undisclosed buyer.

David F. DeVaney, CCIM, of NAI Charter Real Estate Corp. in Chattanooga, Tenn., negotiated the $5.5 million sale of 8.9 acres of land in Chattanooga from UPS to CarMax.

Edward Hanley, CCIM, of Hanley Investment Group, Irvine, Calif., and a partner represented HEC-Orangecrest LLC in the more than $2.4 million sale of 1.4 acres of land in Riverside, Calif., to Third Street Plaza LLC.
