Michael R. Dunn, CCIM, of Commerce CRG/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in Las Vegas and two partners represented Lewis & Roca LLP in the 12-year, more than $20 million lease of 33,338 sf of office space in Las Vegas from Crescent Real Estate Equities.

Matthew T. McKeever, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando, Fla., represented Concorde Career College in the more than 10-year, more than $10 million lease of 41,000 sf of office space in Orlando from an undisclosed lessor.McKeever also represented Orlando Sentinel Communications Co. in the more than 5-year, more than $2 million lease of 15,000 sf of office space in Orlando to an undisclosed lessee.

Jeffrey Castell, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis represented SMC Pneumatics in the more than $6.8 million sale of 110,000 sf of industrial space in Mississauga, Ontario, to Pride Pak Canada. Castell also represented Verus Partners in the more than $5 million, more than 7-year lease of 182,000 sf of industrial space in Whitestown, Ind., to Pitney Bowes, which was represented by Jeremy G. Woods, CCIM, of Summit Realty Group in Indianapolis.

Whitney E. Kerr Jr., CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Kansas City, Mo., represented BCL-KC2 LLC in the $5.4 million purchase of 242,000 sf of industrial space in Kansas City from Wagner Industries.

R.C. Myles, CCIM, of Fuller & Co. in Denver and two partners represented Mellisuga in the more than $4.1 million sale of a 115,000-sf industrial building in Denver to Grande Investment LLC.
