Christopher J. Brown, CCIM, of DTZ Barnicke in Toronto and a partner negotiated the 5-year, $4 million lease renewal of a 35,000-sf office property in Toronto from El-AD Ltd. to the city of Toronto.

Jeremy G. Woods, CCIM, of Summit Realty Group in Indianapolis and three partners represented Span in the 5-year, more than $2.4 million lease of 144,075 sf of industrial property in Plainfield, Ind., from JB Management.

Stephen L. Seidl, CCIM, of Seidl & Associates in Green Bay, Wis., negotiated the 8-year, $2.4 million lease of 75,600 sf of industrial space in Green Bay from Total Energy Systems to Fabrication Express.

J. Jeffrey Castell, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis represented Gared Holdings LLC in the more than 7-year, $2.1 million lease of 88,815 sf of industrial property in Indianapolis from First Industrial Indianapolis. Robert Kafarski, CCIM, of Kafarski Equities LLC in New York arranged the $5.3 million financing of a 70-unit multifamily portfolio in New York for Meridian Capital Corp.
