Thomas W. Townes, CCIM, of Triad Commercial Properties in Greensboro represented the tenant. Strickler also represented an undisclosed lessor in the 5-year, $2.5 million lease of 30,350 sf of office space in Richmond, Va., to Reckitt Benckiser.

Salvatore “Sam” DiFranco, CCIM, of CresaPartners in Cary, N.C., represented Triangle Orthopedic Real Estate Group in the $3.1 million purchase of 21,000 sf of office space in Apex, N.C., from an undisclosed seller.
