Wendy Schwingel, CCIM, of Propel Real Estate Resources in Phoenix and a partner represented Toyota Motor North America in the 10-year, $44 million lease of 30,511 sf of office space in New York from Boston Properties.

Eshenbaugh, CCIM, and Ryan Sage Sampson, CCIM, of Eshenbaugh Land Co. in Tampa, Fla., represented DeBartolo Development in the $30.5 million purchase of 161 acres of land in Tampa from Bank of America. “We ran several present-value scenarios learned in the CI 101 course to help our client maximize its return,” Eshenbaugh explains. “Without the CCIM education, we wouldn’t have been much use to them.”

Sandy G. Shindleman, CCIM, of Shindico Realty in Winnipeg, Manitoba, negotiated the more than $29.2 million sale of 560,000 sf of office space in Winnipeg from an undisclosed seller to the Winnipeg Police Department.

Jeff Tolrud, CCIM, of Colliers Arnold in Tampa, Fla., represented Humana Medical Plan in the more than 7-year, more than $18.4 million lease of 170,051 of office space in Tampa from Triple Net Properties.

Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, of Angel Commercial Real Estate in Fairfield, Conn., represented Noble Americas Corp. in the more than 10-year, more than $15 million lease of 33,645 sf of office space in Stamford, Conn., from RFR Realty LLC.

Stephen L. Seidl, CCIM, of Seidl & Associates in Green Bay, Wis., represented an undisclosed lessee in the 5-year, more than $12.3 million lease extensions of office space in Green Bay totaling 123,200 sf from Field Properties LLC and Masters Properties LLC combined.

Joseph B. Turner, CCIM, of AllSouth Corp. in Prattville, Ala., represented The Coffee Exchange in the $17 million development of 143,043 sf of retail space in Prattville.

Allen C. McDonald, CCIM, of Baker Storey McDonald Properties in Nashville, Tenn., represented BSM Investments LLC in the $10 million purchase of a 128,000-sf retail plaza in Knoxville, Tenn., from Centro Properties.

David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $5 million sale of 11,200 sf of retail space from Pelican Bay Developments I to Saiano LLC.
