Mench also originated a $10.2 million loan for Greensboro Village for a 70,203-sf retail center in Gallatin, Tenn.

Richard P. Dupuis, CCIM, of Bendel Mortgage Co., in Lafayette, La., represented the lender and the borrower, both private investors, in the $3.8 million loan for a 70,000-sf office building in Lafayette.
